We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

TERMS for CUSTOMIZED GIFT CERTIFICATES TO INDIA

  • We do not EXCHANGE gift certificates after shipping.
  • We do not CHANGE or CANCEL AN ORDER after shipping.
  • We do not replace LOST or STOLEN gift certificates once received by the recipient.
  • We do not guarantee MERCHANDISE purchased with the gift certificates.
  • Gift certificate(s) will not be accepted by store(s) at the time of sale/special offer.

AFTER SALES SERVICES

The User expressly agrees that the use of service(s) of thakkarelectricals.com Shopping is at the User's sole risk. The Service(s) of thakkarelectricals.com Shopping is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Thakkar Electricals its affiliates, employees, agents, consultants, contracted companies make no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing or as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Service, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through this Service. Thakkar Electricals does not represent or warrant to maintain the confidentiality of information; although Thakkar Electricals current practice is to utilise reasonable efforts to maintain such confidentiality. It is also clearly understood that all warranties, implied or express take place between the vendors and the User.

Fraud credit card transaction

In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Thakkar Electricals will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.

Order Cancellation

As mentioned in the shipping time, Thakkar Electricals will hold the order to be processed if there is a lack of merchandise or otherwise. If customers wish to cancel an order, they are required to intimate Thakkar Electricals by email to info@thakkarelectricals.com . Please note voicemails can be accepted for order cancellations. In the event of not following these instructions by the customers, and if packages are returned back to Thakkar Electricals due to this reason, please note that there will be a restocking fee of 25% and also the actual shipping charges incurred by Thakkar Electricals to ship these will also be recovered from the customer's credit card account. Hence kindly ensure to have a written record of a cancellation request or the live customer representative's name with whom the cancellation request was made.

END OF POLICY

Thakkar Electricals will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on this site. This without limitation includes loss of revenue/data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the Vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
