We are committed to delivering your order in good condition, and on time .

We offer FREE Shipping on all our products ordered through within the territorial limits of India.

Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working days of the order.We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

To ensure that your products reaches you in faster time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies such as DHL or Blue Dart Post from India Post .

While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care +91-9879559877 or email us at mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.



For appliances if found defective, please contact customer service at Thakkar Electricals and instructions on how to return the same will be given. Once the defective goods are received back, a replacement will be sent immediately.

We’re dedicated at to offering you the best quality in our products and our service. We know that mistakes are sometimes made though, and we are here to help remedy those problems.

If you have received a damaged item or if the item you have received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 15 days of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we’ll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible. It’s very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have spoken with one of our representatives;.

If any packages are returned back to due to insufficient or wrong address or unclaimed or refused delivery, customers are subject to pay a 25% restocking fee on the merchandise plus the actual shipping charges incurred by to send the shipment. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay shipping charges for the reshipment.

Helpful guidelines on Returns:

• Always email us first if you have a problem.

• Always be sure to report your problem within 15 days or receiving the product.

• Never send a returned item without a duly filled Return Form.

• Always report any and all problems associated with a single order at the same time.
